If the item(s) have already shipped when the customer cancels an order. The amount of actual shipping costs incurred by GPG will be detracted from the amount. Credit will be applied when item(s) are returned.

Any returns for damage or incorrect parts are for replacement only. If we're out of the correct part we will replace it when it is available or give you full credit on account toward any item(s) you want to purchase at the discretion of GPG.
